Leadership?

By a vote of 3 to 2, the Keller City Council voted that Jim Carson did not violate the City Charter. But out of the other side of their mouths, they stated that Jim interferes with city staff, has caused several exceptional employees to leave, morale at city hall is at an all-time low, city manager applicants are dropping out of the running and even the consulting firm that is helping us find a city manager has complaints about Jim. Jim also denies applicants due process by stating his opinion on issues before they come before the council.

The vote was tied and Mayor McGrail made the final vindicating vote. But, over the past few weeks, McGrail has been actively campaigning to get rid of Mr. Carson. Mayor McGrail folded and he let down our city staff and all of the citizens of Keller. Where is the leadership at Town Hall?
