The Keller Chamber of Commerce will host a dedication ceremony for the site of its new offices, 11 a.m.-noon Oct. 17 on Bear Creek Parkway at Town Center Lane. The space is part of the Uptown Keller project’s Cornerstone Building, which is to feature 10,650 square feet of first-floor retail/office and 30 residential condos totaling 36,000 square feet on the upper two floors.
Uptown projects are under construction further east in Town Center, including a medical office building and single-family live/work homes.
One thing that sets the Uptown project apart from other spaces in Town Center is that they will be offered for sale rather than leased.

Upscale pet daycare opens in Keller
Bark N Lounge, billed as an upscale pet resort and doggie daycare, recently opened at 798 Keller Parkway. It offers a climate-controlled environment, a 2,300-square-foot outdoor play yard, as well as 24-hour fire protection and temperature monitoring. The custom HVAC system brings in fresh air to reduce odor and bacteria, according to a press release.
Luxury boarding includes a full day of play, with private suites complete with soft bedding and piped-in music.
