Arthouse adds 9 retail tenants

Arthouse, a mixed-use development that opened in November in Keller Town Center, has added nine retail tenants to its list of resident businesses. The new tenants are:

Art251, a contemporary art store.

Avalon Designs, a full-service hair salon.

Girly Girl, a salon, spa and gift shop.

Joli Petite Boutique, a nursery shop that offers custom baby bedding, clothing, furniture and gifts.

Le Petit Hameau, a shop specializing in European gifts.

Sabor Cigar & Wine Lounge, a cigar and wine bar for sports-watchers.

Stork Vision, a prenatal imaging business that offers detailed sonograms.

ShoeString Interiors, an interior design business and home decor shop.

The Art Party Boutique & Gallery, an art store that promotes local artists.

The businesses, boutiques that are not national chains, fit the existing tenant mix, according to a statement by Arthouse developer Southern Land Company. Several other businesses have signed letters of intent to locate stores in Arthouse.

"After only four months of actively marketing Arthouse, we have executed leases for more than 40 percent of the available retail space," said Paul Neuroth, executive vice president of retail leasing for Southern Land.

"Retail leasing at Arthouse is ahead of projections, and the caliber of tenants has exceeded expectations."

The $30 million, urban-looking development offers space for shops, offices, restaurants and 177 loft-style homes. It is located on 5.6 acres in Town Center, a 340-acre master planned community along Keller Parkway.
