Police report

Jana Hamlin, 26, of Keller was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of fraudulent use of identifying information and failure to identify/giving false information to police. Hamlin and Michael W. Crump, 39, of Fort Worth and Rhonda E. Sewart, 39, of Rockwall were also charged on suspicion of engaging in organized criminal activity. The three were arrested at 2:42 p.m. April 29 at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, 2130 Rufe Snow, after police were dispatched by store officials who suspected Hamlin of passing a forged check. According to the police report, Hamlin tried to leave the store, and Crump and Sewart were waiting in her vehicle. A number of fraudulent checks and gift cards were found in the vehicle.

Subway, 2041 Rufe Snow, reported on May 2 the theft of $200 in cash.

Ten computers and flat screen monitors, value unknown, were reported stolen on May 3 from American Title, 1854 Keller Pkwy. Telephone wires and a door were damaged during the theft.

James C. Williams, 32, of Roanoke was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief. He was arrested at 12:44 a.m. May 4 in the 1200 block of Bridgewood after police responded to a neighborhood disturbance. According to the police report, Williams was threatening people with a tire iron and damaged a car with it. No one was injured.

James D. Sutton, 34, of Keller was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He was stopped at 2:20 a.m. May 5 in the 900 block of North Main after police were dispatched regarding a possible intoxicated driver.

A juvenile male was arrested by Keller police on suspicion of possession of three tablets of the prescription drug Seroquel, used for bipolar disorder. The juvenile was arrested at 1:34 p.m. May 6 in the 200 block of King Trail after he had been reported as a runaway.

Jacquie L. Hernandez, 23, of Arlington was arrested by Keller police on suspicion of possession of marijuana. She was stopped at 2:22 p.m. April 29 in the 1900 block of Highway 114 for an expired inspection sticker.

Daniel M. Andrus, 54, of Keller was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of a second DWI. He was stopped at 9:49 p.m. May 7 in the 100 block of Bear Creek Parkway for making a wide right turn and failing to signal a turn.

Justin S. Contreras, 26, of Roanoke was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of DWI. He was stopped at 12:28 a.m. May 8 in the 100 block of Minnie for failing to stop at the designated point of an intersection.

A Ford Mustang received $2,000 in damage to the convertible top in a car burglary reported May 7 in the 1700 block of Ranger Drive. Cash, a wallet, an iPod, makeup, a camera and CDs, total estimated value $817, were reported stolen.

An estimated $3,350 worth of construction material was reported stolen on May 7 from a construction site in the 100 block of Audrey Drive.

Jimmy E. Zimmerman, 31, of Keller was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of DWI. He was stopped at 10:52 p.m. May 8 in the 3700 block of Highway 170 for failing to signal a lane change.

Aaron G. Craig, 28, of North Richland Hills was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of DWI. He was stopped at 11:34 p.m. May 8 in the 100 block of East Vine for failing to maintain a single lane.

Raymond L. Martin, 50, of Arlington was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion DWI. He was stopped at 8:59 p.m. May 9 in the 100 block of Ruby after police were dispatched regarding a possible intoxicated driver.

A home under construction received an estimated $12,500 in damage in an incident reported May 10 in the 1500 block of Silverleaf.

Alexis D. Bacon, 19, of Keller was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of DWI and possession of marijuana. She was arrested at 1:01 a.m. May 11 in the 100 block of Rufe Snow after police were dispatched regarding a possible intoxicated driver.

Myriah B. Combs, 17, of Tulsa was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of a minor driving under the influence. She was stopped at 1:54 a.m. May 11 in the 2000 block of Whitley Road for failing to yield right of way while making a left turn.

Rosalind R. Turner, 46, of Keller was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of DWI. She was stopped at 10:57 p.m. May 11 in the 600 block of Keller Parkway for making a wide right turn.

A Chevrolet pickup valued at $10,000 was stolen from the 400 block of Sioux Street and recovered at 1:39 a.m. May 8 after it was abandoned in the 1300 block of Keller Parkway. The vehicle had run into a fence, causing an estimated $3,000 in damage to the fence.

Paul M. Scott, 18, of Fort Worth was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of a minor driving under the influence. He was stopped at 1:04 a.m. May 12 in the 100 block of North Tarrant Parkway for speeding.

A GPS device valued at $200 was reported stolen on May 12 from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Palomino Trail. The car received an estimated $300 in damage during the theft.

An AC unit and heat pump valued at $3,547 was reported stolen on May 12 from the 100 block of Sioux.

Assorted power and hand tools, total estimated value $7,400, were reported stolen on May 13 from a trailer in the 1500 block of Cat Mountain.

A resident in the 300 block of Farm View Trail reported a loss of $4,302.95 in a case of identity theft in the purchase of a Nikon camera.

Thomas L. McWhorter, 18, of Haltom City was arrested by Keller officers on suspicion of possession of 46.1 grams of marijuana. He was stopped at 10:15 p.m. May 13 in the 11400 block of Blue Jack Trail for an expired registration and warrant hit on the license plate.

An estimated $18,827 worth of home appliances was reported stolen on April 14 from six homes under construction in the 400 and 500 blocks of Reata and the 200 block of Silverado.

In the 900 block of Nottingham, appliances valued at $11,044 were reported stolen on May 4 from two homes under construction.
