Health Inspections

The Tarrant County Health Department recently inspected food establishments in Keller and Watauga, and the city of Fort Worth health department inspected food establishments in Fort Worth. Under the scoring system, businesses receive demerits for violations that affect food quality and can cause illness. Scores of fewer than 30 demerits are considered as "passing" inspection. The inspections reported are "regular inspections" unless noted otherwise.

Keller

Bear Creek Bakery, 125 Bear Creek Pkwy, Ste. 100, bakery- retail, April 22 follow-up inspection, seven demerits.

Liberty Elementary, 1101 McDonwell Schools Rd., school cafeteria- exempt, April 30, four demerits.

Little Caesar’s, 721 Keller Pkwy., Ste. 102, restaurant, April 2, 20 demerits.

Watauga

Harvest Baptist Church, 7200 Denton Hwy, childcare kitchen- exempt, April 23, no demerits.

O C Burger, 6300 Denton Hwy., restaurant, April 21 follow-up inspection, 16 demerits.

Papa Murphy’s Take N Bake Pizza, 8420 Denton Hwy., restaurant, Apr. 28, no demerits.

Fort Worth

Jackson’s Sports Bar & Grill, 10760 N. Beach St., May 8 inspections: restaurant, 18 demerits; lounge, three demerits.
