Health Inspections

The Tarrant County Health Department recently inspected food establishments in the Keller area, and the city of Fort Worth health department inspected food establishments in Fort Worth. Under the scoring system, businesses receive demerits for violations that affect food quality and can cause illness. Scores of fewer than 30 demerits are considered as "passing" inspection. The inspections reported are "regular inspections" unless noted otherwise.

Keller Area

Stepping Stones Academy, 11655 Alta Vista Rd., Ste. B, childcare kitchen, Mar. 25, three demerits.

Fort Worth

Chili’s, 6229 Sandshell Dr., restaurant, Apr. 29, 10 demerits.

Theresa Convenience, 13500 Heritage Pkwy., snack bar, Apr. 29, 12 demerits.
